A few stats to consider before you make the decision purchase Coventry Hills real estate: Coventry is located in the Northwest Quadrant of Calgary and is sandwiched between Stoney Trail to the North, Country Hills Boulevard to the South, Deerfoot Trail and Harvest Hills Boulevard to the East and West respectively. Coventry Hills is the second largest community, second only to Panorama Hills, in the Northern Hills with approximately 15,700 residents. Of the six Northern Hills Communities, Coventry Hills is one of the last ones that are still being developed because of its overall land size in comparison to the other communities such as Harvest Hills or Country Hills. They are now in the final phases of development of single family homes and multifamily units with most Coventry Hills real estate (single family homes) starting in the low $300s and going as high as the $500s and condos (Townhouses and Apartment style) starting in the low $200s.

A Genstar community started way back in 1991, Coventry Hills is a family oriented neighbourhood with a ton of playgrounds for the kids to play in, walking paths to take the dog(s) for an evening stroll and coffee shops to get that steaming hot Latte. Coventry has everything that you would need in a neighbourhood like great restaurants, banks, shopping (clothing and electronics), and some of the other things you might not think of like a Registry office and Insurance offices. You really do not need to go downtown or anywhere else for that matter, to do your shopping; Sobeys and Superstore are in the hood. If you are looking for a large mall you’ve got a couple of options, my first preference being the new one out in Balzac called Cross Iron Mills, only a quick 10 minute drive north. Want to get a good workout in before you get to the jobsite or your office? Check out Cardel Place with its Fitness Facility, Pool and Gymnasiums to get your sweat on before you start your day. Oh yeah, Cardel also has a Public Library which offers not only books for lending but also FREE WiFi with your library card purchase.

Coventry Hills has tons to offer not only the single person wanting to buy for the first time but also for the couples out there looking for a great community to raise to raise a family. One of the best locations in the northwest quadrant, Coventry Hills has everything you are looking for including affordability.
