So why is this such a good thing and how does it impact you as a buyer? 
Should we care as REALTORS® about the decisions that are made on our behalf at the local board level, provincial level as well as a national level?
As I write this...I am still fuming. Probably not the best thing to do, you know, write a blog post when you are pissed off at the world. Some things can get said and some feelings probably hurt, this is why I will do my best to keep it under control!
