This is the first in a 5 part series that I am doing for the First Time Home Buyer. I really felt like there was a huge need for this from the number of inquiries I get on a daily and weekly basis.
From what I am seeing a lot of people do not know where to begin when purchasing a first home, whether it is a condo or a single family home.
If you have never been through the home buying process before it can some times be an overwhelming and daunting task. It is like anything in life though, if you are prepared ahead of time, the rest is a piece of cake. The same applies to buying real estate, if you are prepared from the start the rest just comes easy and can be a very fun and rewarding experience.
I have included in this post a quick video, in fact all of the subsequent posts will have video attached to them, I want to make this process as easy as possible for the end user...You, the home buyer.
